Bad, just bad
The instructions are miss spelled and a bit confusing, the warmer is good but the wax is really awful and doesn't remove the hair at all! It's really easy to burn yourself

Do not buy!
Please do not buy this. Or if you do, @ £15 do it for the heater alone which is compact & efficient it might be worth it.The 'Wax' beads are awful, took an age to melt to any sort of liquid consistency on the highest setting, smelt literally of plastic, which after trying to scoop out a small amount for a tiny patch test on my arm, they obviously are as as it cooled just crumbled & cracked & went rock hard again. 😳 not fit for purpose & took an age to clean the plastic wax from the melting pot even though I only used 1/2 a bag.I've purchased wax beads from another supplier since (happy to recommend) just incase it was me, and they work perfectly as they should & ended binning those included with the heater.Just don't bother wasting your money

Ignore negative reviews
If you’ve ever had a wax done before you should be able to figure this out, even with the bad instructions. The wax will work if you have enough hair to go with, remember folks recommend 3 weeks growth.

Very happy with this purchase!
Super happy with this purchase. Good value for money. Haven't had any issues and the hot was works perfectly. I've even used it without any talc and is still gives a good wax. Nice little compact design. Easy to transport. It's light weight and professional looking. It heats up super quickly so it's ready to go within 15/20min. I've found that heating it on full and then dialling it down to between medium and full is best for decent application heat.

Disappointed
I should have known at the price it was that it was too good to be true. Wax felt cheap, plasticky and didn’t melt properly. I wasn’t expecting it to be salon quality but I also wasn’t expecting it to be as bad as it was. It’s now in the bin and I’m trying to get an appointment at my favourite salon. Save your money and invest in a decent brand!

Waxing beads are rubbish
The wax warmer works as expected. The wax that comes with it doesn't remove hair. When melted they smell like plastic. It doesn't apply very well and once ready to pull off it is just brittle. It pulls the hair but doesn't pull it out so I would not recommend the beads at all.

For best results-buy more expensive
I gave both the wax warmer and the wax that came with it the benefit of the doubt. However, the wax warmer can hardly warm the wax and the wax is definitely not the best quality. Usually, the wax is supposed to have an almost watery consistency which it definitely did not. Perhaps I wasn’t doing it right? However, I kept it at the highest setting and the wax was still not fluid enough to apply effortlessly.Yes, my hairs were long enough. Some strips were successful, but for the most part it was just skin exfoliation without the hair removal part!!

not sure if its me being a fool or what
as title says, the wax did not seem to take up any hairs, I tried every part of my body just incase, even my mommy daddy button and no hair was released, probably my mistake, or maybe just need better wax, time will tell
