I purchased this light for my lady who loves to craft in almost every imaginable way. Our home can be bright at times, but with only decorative lighting about, it seemed a challenge to get enough light where she needed it.This lamp was the perfect solution! It has a wide range of light levels and temperatures to suit whatever she is working on. It moves easily, so she can get the perfect amount of light focused on the craft and not in her eyes. The controls are very easy to navigate, and I can remove if from the table if she wants to use the table for other things.The quality is outstanding, and the price is extremely affordable for any budget. I've had a desk lamp for years that decided to stop working all of a sudden, so I was in search of a new lamp. I was drawn to this one for the turning capability and that it has light adjusters but not a crazy overwhelming amount (considering I'll likely keep it on one setting, and maybe change it every now and again).This light is extremely user friendly and just the brightness I need. I'm an artist so I need a light that goes directly over my desk, for the only light in my room causes a cast shadow over where I work. This light is bright enough to see every detail, yet also not "too" bright or distracting if I'm just working with my laptop. It's also nice that it can be easily move and adjusted whenever I change a project or move things around on my desk. And what an AWESOME price for a desk lamp! This is probably the best quality and cheapest lamp you'll find.If you are a hobbyist, artist, illustrator, or need bright lights for fine details, this is the perfect lamp for you. I 100% recommend. Absolutely no complaints!!!

Bought this lamp to light up an organ keyboard. I like that it comes assembled. Having the light spread out over the a wide area is a plus too. There are 3 light colors, they do this by switching either warm, cool or both banks of LEDs on. The control is in the cord, about 10" from where the cord enters the lamp arm. The control has a power button, a light color button, and brightness up and down buttons. There are 11 brightness levels. The lamp comes with a wall mount power supply that has a USB-A jack in it, like a phone charger. With the lamp running all the LEDs for about an hour, the power adapter began to smell because it was so hot. I put the lamp on a samsung phone charger and the charger only got slightly warm. I suspect the power adapter that came with the lamp is not really 2.0A like is printed on it. I took the lamp to the lab and measured the current it takes at max output, with both banks of LEDS on, full brightness. The current draw is 1.94A. Real plus for me is that the mounting gizmo comes with a small thumbwheel that allows you to lock the lamps mounting post in the mounting device.There are 2 downsides to this lamp to keep in mind: The table mount gizmo can only be attached to a horizontal surface. Other "clamp on desk lamps" have the ability to clamp on both horiz and vertical surfaces. Second, the cord mounted controller does not remember the settings if you kill the power when you shut it off. It will only remember the settings if you use the contollers power button. When power is applied to it each time, it comes up off. When you press the power button on the controller it comes on full bright cool white.

I love the style, the coppery accents match my bedframe. Most importantly, it's basically perfect for my needs. I mainly use it as a crafting light, or for writing & drawing. The only reason I didn't give this lamp 5 stars is due to the clamp it comes with. Maybe mine was missing a retaining washer or something, but I could not get the convex piece on the end of the screw to stay put & actually hold position, until I found a replacement washer to keep that part in place. Overall, this light is a great value for under $20 and I have no reason to think that it won't last for a long time.

... and no major complaints. Works fine. I live in a small apartment and it's hooked to my coffee table. Does what I want it to do. Could be a bit more flexible in it's motions, but for the price, I ain't gonna complain.

I bought this not expecting it to be great for the price, but I am impressed. I like the open-ended mount which can be mounted over a bolt or dropped in a drilled hole. It's not a tight fit for the clamp that comes with it but works fine. (Wrap in electrical tape if needed) I can't stand the frequency of most cheap LEDs, but the different color/brightness options allow for the perfect lighting for all situations. I would give this product a value of $40-60.I'm sure someone will complain that it didn't hold up to their sloppy kung fu, so I wouldn't expect it to take too much abuse. The support rods are thin but strong enough to hold up to regular use. The overall construction is good.

This lamp plugs in via USB and regrettably it's not a very good plug. I noticed when I was using the lamp, whether it was plugged into my computer or the wall adapter, the light would flicker if the cord got bumped. Ive been using it for many months with only this small issue. Then yesterday I raised my desk to the standing position which pulled on the cord a little bit and the connection to the USB plug just fell apart. Regrettably the cord with the built in Controlls is hardwired and cannot be replaced so now a perfectly good lamp which is quality in every other way is now trash because of a bad USB. Shame.Other than the fact that it is now in the garbage, the lamp was great. There were 3 color temperatures to choose from and the brightness was completely customizable. I used it at my desk for bright focus on detail work, ambient light for eye fatigue, and dimmed all the way down for a soft nightlight. The clamp style made it easy to attach to a desk or table or bookshelf or windowsill and the hinged design made it very flexible to move in any direction. I doubt I'll repurchase this model because of the design flaw, but I'll definitely be looking for something similar.

Oh my goodness. Brightness is absolutely fabulous. I work in an office space in a loft which only has a strip light which does not give off much light so when the weather is grey or night starts creeping in the lighting is not great. I've used another lamp in the past over my desk but it did not do a good job.Well all I can say about this lamp is it's fantastic, excellent. I don't even notice my office getting dark when the night creeps in or its grey outside. It's only when I turn the computer off the light obviously goes off and then I realise.Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This works great as a workbench light. Articulation is a bit stiff but on a whole it's great 👍

Came with no adapter although in the amazon description says that there is one in the package. The brightness I think is less than 500 lumen if I compare with another 900 lumen lamp.
