Q: I have a Rohloff Xl hub. Does this kit come with enough oil to replace old oil?

According to the Rohloff Specifications found here..https://www.rohloff.de/en/experience/technology-in-detail/specifications/ .. all Rohloff Speedhubs, including XL and XXL, have the volume of oil, 25ml. So yes this kit will work.

Q: I can’t are what’s in the kit. Does it include the syringe, bleed valve attachment, cleaning fluid and oil?

The last kit I ordered had all of what you asked; cleaning oil (drain old oil, replace with cleaning oil, drain and replace with new lubricating oil), syringe with tube and plastic fitting - also had new replacement plug with thread lock already placed on plug. Petty simple, shouldn't take longer than 20 minutes or so.

The XL is essentially the 170mm version of the original 135 SpeedHub. Yes there is enough oil in the kit - I have two 170 hubs and love them. I order this kit regularly to change the oil.

Q: Can I use it for the old Sturmey Archer 3 speed hub?

No idea, but quality is quality, so probably.
