Snap On Screens 18' x 7' Garage Screen, Includes Zipper & Storage Kit, Easy Assembly, Easy Pass Through

I bought a cheaper garage door screen thinking that they were all the same. Boy was I wrong! This screen fit from top to bottom with no gaps. Jiminy Cricket I thought I was done for when my ladder caught it on the bottom but the material was so heavy duty compared to the other one it didn’t rip. I installed it in less than ten minutes by myself and I’m a girl. The only thing I wish was they had more buttons on the top. The material was so heavy duty it sagged where the straps were located. To insure no gaps, I went to Lowe’s and bought $1.35 which includes the tax black metal furniture nails. Tacked it in with a rubber hammer and it’s perfect. Did not snap the bottom of the screen so my German Shepherd and cat could easily go in and out without having to get up every five minutes to unzip it. You will love this American made product. Five stars all the way. To solve the bottom weight issue it took another trip to Lowe’s. I bought 1/4 inch steel rods three feet long and used it instead of pvc pipes. I left two feet on both ends so my pets could come in and out on there own. You already invested in a good garage screen so go for it and the rods remove easily for rolling up and winter storage. The rods were less than $16.00.

Easy to install. Looks good. The screen isn’t too dark. Am impressed with the quality. The only negative comment is that there should be more snaps on top to give more protection from the bugs. We will be putting Velcro in the gaps which should work. We just put it up so not sure about durability yet.

This screen is simple to install. No velcro involved, follow simple instructions, screw the snaps into place. Took about 1/2 hour start to finish. Screen seems heavy for mild abuse, zipper is heavy duty. Recomend using conduit in the bottom pockets instead of PVC for added downward weight and windy day control, but not really needed if you dont have any.

Pretty Disappointing and considering a return rather than modifying to make it work. I am very happy with the quality of the screen, the sewing and the edges, however, the lack of button snaps on a 16' x 7' garage with such heavy duty material makes this a complete fail.... If the snaps where 1' on center it would be amazing, but with snaps 49" apart trying to hold the weight of this screen.... total fail and a small touch or breath of wind causes it to all fall down....pretty disappointing since it's probably a ten cent add on per snap to put them closer together..... would have been a five star but the cheap out on the snaps makes this a total looser...

Bought the snap on screen for a 9X7 opening on my metal barn. Installation was a breeze, product could use a few more snaps along side and top. As for the bottom I bought some strong 1/2 magnets and cut the 1/2'' PVC into 18" lengths. If you don't have a metal strip glue some galvanized truss plate along bottom of the door sill. Slide a magnet into the bottom followed by a length of pipe(repeat), make sure to have magnets at both ends. The shorter lengths of pipe allow flexibility in opening and closing. The magnets allow for a fast and tight seal.This is a quality made product, the mesh is heavy duty and installation was very easy.

It didn't come with enough button snaps,or enough factory install on the screen their are gaps in the screen,when installed.other wise it's a nice Garage screen. It only comes with 9 snaps it need additional 16 snaps,im calling in Manufacturers Monday morning.!

We put this up to keep the flies out of the garage that eventually end up in the house. Worked great! You can leave the garage door open and won't get carried off by the flies!!! It took me and my daughter about 20 minutes to install. Will buy again when this one wears out!! Worth every penny!
