Why did it not come with a swivel?

Our package is equipped with a swivel, as shown in the picture.

My height 5’3”. What size hoops should i get?

To measure yourself sit in chair and measure from the seat like your butt to the top of the head in cm. Whatever you get in centimeters add 10 more cm and that’s your hoop size for me I’m 5’5” about 185 lbs my measurements came up to 75cm add 10 it becomes 85 cm and that’s the size hoop you need.

I’m 5 foot 10. What is the best size for me?

To measure for your standard size, sit in a chair and measure from your bottom to the top of your head, then add two inches. Measuring is important as people carry their height differently (some have longer legs, while others longer torsos which can impact hoop size). But, as a general guideline, people under 5' will choose a 31-in hoop, 5'1-5'3 may choose a 33-in hoop, 5'3-5'5 may choose a 35-in hoop, 5'5-5'8 may choose a 37-in hoop, and 5'8-5'11 may choose a 39-in hoop.
