The backs of my heels started drying and cracking bad. I stuck to carpet walking. Drove me nuts. The coarse sanding disk worked best on my heels. The vacuum works but if you turn the unit upside down, the skin falls out through the disk area. Vacuumed skin is not contained in a separate area, so I vacuumed the unit with my regular vacuum. The instructions say to charge fully before using. I maybe used the unit 20min at a time. 10min per heel. The charge lasted and stayed strong throughout. The next day, the charge was drained and I had to charge it again before using.

The replacement arrived promptly and is working great!

I chose Own Harmony for 2 reasons: I wanted the vacuum so the mess of dead skin cells dust would be kept to a minimum (as I have asthma and keep my surroundings clean) and this brand seemed to pop up as recommended. I paid a bit extra for those reasons. Well, the "vacuum" does nothing! I used it on my feet and found almost nothing in the little pick up receptacle. Yet, there was a lot of that skin dust in my bin. So, I took off a star for that issue. I also noticed that this callus remover has the identical housing and grinding discs as the cheaper units sold on Amazon. So, I can't trust that this Own Harmony tool is any better and worth the extra cost over the other cheaper ones. Lesson learned because I won't return a used unit that once scraped my dead skin cells. That's just not right. As far as the unit itself, it is strong, it does do the job. But, in reading reviews, so do the other cheaper versions. I am not happy with the fact that there is no battery indicator but I knew that upon purchasing. Although some units do have it, it is not necessary really unless you use it for an extended period or don't charge regularly. All in all, Own Harmony is okay but I'm not as happy as I wanted to be with it. I could've and should've saved some money and gone with a lower cost identical item to get the same results. Cheap plastic insert packaging also was also a real turn off. A nicer presentation would've been appreciated for the extra cost.

This is my second time buying this item, Products motor stopped working after 30 days, I've cleaned after every use and now just 2 days ago the motor does not work and the item is un usable. It does a great job for what it is suppose to do but breaks very easily. I had the worse customer experience, I sent them videos of what they wanted did what they asked and they still wanted more information. It was past the 30 days so I couldn't get a refund. And working with their customer service I feel is designed for you NOT to get a refund. I wouldn't recommend this seller

I am so pleased with this product. I've tried other brands that haven't worked for me. I started with this brand quite a few years ago,and was amazed at how well and easy it was to keep my feet " groomed". I wore the first one out,with my troubled feet. And when I purchased a new one it broke. I was so disappointed. I purchased another one from this company,but of a different model. Do you know that this company reached out to me when they heard about my second purchase being defective? They reached out to Me. I couldn't believe it! Long story short....they replaced the one that went bad, apologized that I had a problem with it and immediately sent me a brand new one. I had purchased quite a few refill rollers ,and they were going to go to waste.but not with this company. They stand by the quality of their product. I love this product and highly recommend it. It just works! And I would have given the same high marks,even without the replacement. Cause it works! Hard to find these days.......a product that works so well and a company that cares enough to back it up. God Bless the United States of America!!!

I received the Own Harmony Electric Callus Remover as a Christmas gift in 2023. It has performed very well in removing dry patches of skin on my feet. I have been very pleased with the results and regularly use the product. Unfortunately, while using it last week it just stopped suddenly mid-use. I thought nothing of this initially because it had been some time since it needed a charge. But the unit would not charge up again at all. I was quite disappointed. I contacted their support system by email in the middle of the night on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Very surprised to get a very pleasant within an hour! After providing them with some requested answers, they immediately shipped me a replacement unit. I received that replacement on Tuesday. Now that is what I call fabulous customer service. I now have a working unit that I am quite happy with back in my possession. Thank you, Own Harmony.
