Read on for some tips and ideas for installation...Not much to complain about here! I have three of these in service in my vehicles and am very pleased. Much louder than any stock horn. Consider this a small investment in safety. You can find "Y" adapters for the power hookup on Amazon for your specific vehicle brand, so installation is pretty much plug and play. On my 2019 RAV4 I simply moved one of the two factory horns and combined them on one mounting bracket, then installed this on the empty bracket and wired them up. The difference is major.For the electrically savvy, you may want to consider my installation method: I power the relay for the thing from the accessory buss (the accessory wire that is only on when the car is on or you have the key in "acc" mode), that way this really loud horn only works when the car is ON. Why, you ask, is this important? Because when the car security alarm decides to go off at two in the A.M., you might be happier if the trumpet of God isn't blowing outside your bedroom window. I also put a switch on that wire just because I could, but I almost never turn it off, unless I'm outside someone's house and just want to make a quick "toot" without scaring the neighborhood. Combine this with a set of Wolo "Long Horns" (I've done it) and you get some serious scary noise!UPDATE: I recently added another set of these horns to a vehicle, this time I added one of these and a Farbin "Raging bull sound horn", ASIN number B08L9G7BNL, Farbin part number FB-NJ. The sound is quite impressive. Let me state at the outset, that you will not necessarily be impressed with the bull horn on its own, but COUPLED with this air horn and the factory horns on the GM vehicle I worked on, the tri-tone sound (it tends to get humans attention lol) is VERY train-like. I used 14 Guage wire to supply power and an equally heavy wire to ground. If you're willing to do the extra work for the customization, the effect is very rewarding. I won't go into the details, but let me assure you I have NO PROBLEM getting people's UNDIVIDED ATTENTION when I hit the horn button now.

Horns are easy to install but you will have to be a little creative and have additional hardware. The horn is loud and pitched enough to get attention. IT IS NOT A SEMI OR TRAIN KIND OF SOUND OR INTENSITY. ... The crimped on electrical terminals are cheap quality .. Overall I am satisfied with the performance . Lets see how long it lasts..

Very loud exactly what I needed bought it for a safety concern at work and if I needed another loud horn for one of my forklifts, I would definitely purchase again!!!

Stopped working about a month past the one year warranty. Piece of junk. Relay was broken upon arrival and had to use one I had left over from another project. Made very cheaply and will not last. Seller would not help me with a replacement. Two thumbs down.

This is excellent and easy to install. Mounted it on a golfcart and have successfully scared many people. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I purchased this horn to replace the puny sounding horn on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. This horn is louder but is not quite as loud as I wanted. This horn does not 'live-up' to its own hype. The replacement was professional performed by an electrician. I wanted a loud horn but not obnoxiously loud because the individual texting at a red light might be a psychopath from way south of here. I live in the outside zone of a major metro and all to frequently I can't get thru a light because some self-entitled degenerate is distracted by their phone. A loud (but not too loud) horn should be sufficient. This horn not so much. I probably would not spend as much money as I did for the result. The squeeze was not worth the juice.

I saw a review video where a guy used both and it seemed loud. When the package came in my technician hooked it up to a battery so I could hear it. Yeah, it’s louder than the current Hummer horn by far . If it wasn’t louder I was going to return it. It’s plenty loud to get their attention !!I’m giving the second one to my BF for Christmas for his Honda commuter car cuz that horn is only as loud as yelling out the window! Definitely worth the purchase! It’s easy to hook up.
