Where is the eye elixir made?

Is this product ewg verified? i cannot find it on their site. i also don’t see it on the think dirty search.

I don’t know. Another website gave the top 5 eye solutions and this was at the top and you could get it on Amazon. My problem is puffy under eyes. It absolutely does Not work.

Is this a cream or a serum?

This is a cream. I’ve been quite impressed with it too!

Does it take a while to see results? On average, how long?

I saw a difference in reduced puffiness under my eyes in a few days. I don't actually know how long it took for lines around my eyes to look better. I've never found an eye serum that removes wrinkles, they just reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
