CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Grip Plate, 25-Pounds | Solid Cast Iron, 2-Inch Olympic Hole, Black Baked Enamel, Grip Design, Raised Weight Markings

Solid weights and construction. No issues.

Ordered 4 10lb weights and received all 4. CAP is a budget company so based on my expectations, I am satisfied. For those who are concerned about the sticker that says that chemicals cause cancer, don't fret, California requires that warning on pretty much any material known to man, so you can find that sticker on almost any item imaginable. Because yes, everything causes cancer if you eat it or smell it when you aren't supposed to. If you got a defective or one, please realize it might just be one defective one, not all of them. Once I have used these for a prolonged period, I will update my review. COVID has caused prices on all gym and workout equipment to go up because of gym closures, so bear that in mind when you're going to complain about the price of these. Shipping for my order took about 2 weeks, but they were well-packaged. I know this is a product review, but hopefully it gives you a realistic idea of what to expect.

Great price and solidly built. Works

Arrived in great shape and is great product for the price. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price value is good

I got the 25 lb plate. I didn't realize these had a finish on them until I received mine. That was a pleasant surprise. Does have a slight smell if I put my nose against the item. Would be a 5 star review if I could fit my hand in the "grip" slot. I can only get my fingers through, but not get my knuckles past so I could hold it in my palm like one holds a barbell. I have other iron "grip" plates where the slot is big enough, so this was disappointing and makes it harder to use. But still a quality plate especially if you're just gonna put em on a bar.

Exactly what I ordered

Unlike other 25 pound plates in this same brand, this plate came with no issues. The finish was good and well-cured (it didn't have a chemical odor like the 25's did at first), and the finish was smooth and had no rough edges, unlike the 25's. I put this to use right away.

husband loved it so i'm happy. it was just what he was looking for. i think it's great that you ship to hawaii. the only reason i gave 4 stars is because you can only order up to 3 and my husband needed 6 so now we have mismatched weights. he doesn't care but it makes me crazy every time i walk in our gym.

Ordered 2 25lb Cap Barbell plates, recieved 1 50lb York Plate
