Will this fit a classic tilt helm hh6544-3

The classic tilt 6544/6541 helms are pretty universal, seastarsolutions website is relatively user-friendly, so 2x check compatibility. I've got a 2004 classic tilt and this worked perfect; you won't use all the O-rings, so match up what's taken off/out with those new in the kit. This is a VERY messy job, recommend doing it off boat over 5-gal bucket or tub. Lotsa uTube videos on how-to. Do NOT completely remove the backplate screws until you get the backplate free/released (it's internally spring-loaded, so be ready for it to pop). Get everything VERY clean while apart or it'll leak again (recommend media-blasting any corrosion). Do note kit does NOT include new backplate screws, so may need to order those too if broken/heavily corroded. Do NOT forget to replace the shaft seal on the front (screws for this are included) - this seal and the backplate seals are usually what's leaking. Unless you know for sure the internal shuttle O-rings are bad, you can skip replacing those - they are very difficult to change and usually don't fail unless the helm was run dry or you had heavy salt-water intrusion deep into the helm. Depending on its condition, may also want to replace tilt mechanism (HA6523), especially if it's not the 'newer' style with the cover that completely encases tilt assembly and fill plug (does much better job of keeping moisture out of mechanism). Good luck, job is very worth doing over the price of a rebuilt or new one.

Does this include the seals for the motor arm shaft things?

If you are talking about the steering shaft to the outboards, the answer is no.  Everything I needed to rebuild the helm steering was included.

I have a sea star hh6541 classic tilt helm will this work forit?

I am not 100% certain that it will fit this model number. I used this kit for a Sea Star tilt steering and it worked well. Major problem w this kit is that there is no diagram indicating how everything goes back together. Be extra cautious to note how things go together, especially ball and spring checks, when disassembling. Much, much cheaper than buying a rebuilt.
