Wholesome Hide USA Rawhide Retriever Roll - 9-10" (6-Pack)

The quality is so bad , I have sent back so many orders, the interior of these is crammed with sharp brown shards, I can not stress how dangerous these poor quality bones are, strongly recommend against. It is not just a bad batch, I have tried to return and re-order and they have been just terrible for months and months. Please beware.

These are the best! Having read about quality rawhide rolls in The Whole Dog Journal, you can really see that these rolls are one thick rawhide sheet. I purchased a similar product from Petco and there was no comparison. The petco version was filled with chips and sealed on the ends and also seemed to be made out of pressed rawhide. My dog immediately made a whole in the middle of the roll. This never happens with the Wholesome Hide rolls!!This roll can occupy my dog for days! I give it to her at night and take it away from her after a few hours. She will often go to wherever I have hidden and sit down asking for her treat back. She loves it!I have another dog who isn't much of a chewer. Although he wants the roll, he will chew on it a little and lay on it. It is easier for him to chew the chips.If your dog is a chewer, I highly recommend this product and the super thick version as well!!

I was happy to find these Wholesome Hides for my lab. I have purchased them several times. I like the Wholesome Hide “super thick retriever rolls” much better than these. I should have paid more attention to the size and weight. The larger and heavier “super thick” last her a week of 30 minute per day chewing. These last only 2 days. I prefer the heavier ones to these, since I always discard them when they get down to the last 2 inches or so for safety. Overall the best rawhide I have found, I only gave 4 stars due to the smaller size—my mistake. To be fair, I will go rate the Super Thick 5 stars!

Since The Whole Dog Journal recommends this rawhide, I order for my Beagle. Have ordered many times. He lives them. Would like to see these come down innprice. My dog goes through them quickly and when I order the largest ones it runs about $10 a bone. I ordered these by mistake and will need to watch him closer when I allow him his hour a day to chew rawhide.

Wholesome Hide is the only rawhide give my dogs, but for the first time ever - in all the years I've purchased this product- it was delivered without any of the Wholesome Hide wrap around each roll. Makes me wonder if I'm paying for s cheap China knockoff. Really not happy about receiving this last order from Monster Pets.

I am so glad I found these - our large breed dog was running into problems with other brands' shards in the center. These come from animals raised in the US, raised healthy, processed healthy. I will never buy anything else. My dog feels better and acts better after consuming these - as opposed to other brands - and that seals it for me. Although these are more expensive, they are well worth the price. My dog went through other brands' supplies much faster. He asks for these chewies every couple of days, not several times a day, and enjoys them to the fullest.

They have seemed to loose their quality over the years I’ve been buying them. They are not as tightly wound like they used to be and my dogs have an easier chewing off big chunks. Also, they have gotten more and more expensive which I don’t understand. It’s only rawhide!

I've made multiple purchases of these extra thick hide and they still arrive just like they have always been made. Still thick hide in one piece, still hold up to my strong chewer.
