Good but not great
So I purchase this and the xgimi elfin as I couldnt decide which one to buy. Unfortunately this is the one I returned, which is a shame really. It is a lovely projector and I loved the fact that if I wanted to, I could take it on my travels/ camping.I decided to return it because:1. The fan was noisy, much louder than the xgimi. Noticeable by far!2. Like the xgimi netflix isn't supported at present.3. Screen adjustments are possible and you can get what you need but the xgimi is so much simpler.4. It's good in light not just dark but the xgimi is much better.5. Speakers on both are about the same so no impact on sound. Plus side is with both that the sound is decent and loud, but you need to go louder with this to get over the fan.6. Not that it matters too much but it's chunky compared to the xgimi.Benefits over the xgimi:1. Portable2. Phone appIf I wanted it just for travel then fine, apart from the size (its chunky) however I understand that apart from the battery there is no difference to the mains version, therefore as i plan tonuse it home the xgimi wins, although if inkept it I would have been pleased to have the ability to take it camping etc.

Fabulous Picture Very Quiet Fan!
The media could not be loaded. Finally after several failed attempts with louder, cheaper, inferior, so called native 1080p monster machines I paid extra and received this little beauty.Take no notice of the people moaning about the low Lumens. Yes just like any other projector if you try to watch it in a light room you will be extremely disappointed but this little beauty is perfectly fine in a semi dark room and absolutely fabulous in a fully dark room.It is half the size of the ones I have been trying over the past few weeks (thanks to Amazon returns policy) and the fan noise is negligible. The set up process is so easy and it runs on Android TV so there's no need to plug in a Chromecast or Amazon Fire Stick. As you can see from the video the picture automatically adjusts to fill the projector screen, which in our case is a 2.1 meter wide blackout roller blind with white backing which is great! The projector automatically sets the keystone and focus everytime it turns on and there is no blurring around the edges. All in all for a little extra cash I am blown away by the quality of this projector.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased one of these and on downloading the latest firmware the battery charging lights failed straight after. Was offered £50 to purchase another one but that was not given to me either. Really bad.

Family favourite - Anker Nebula Solar 1080 FHD
We recently been trying a few projectors to upgrade from our Elephas 720 bought last year. Whilst I was happy at their price point with the two native 1080 projectors tried at £140 and £170 on Amazon I wondered if there was any difference to a more expensive projector. My budget was £500 and the Nebula Solar came up for £330 Amazon Renewed so I gave it a try and must say it’s a massive improvement. It’s smaller and. Better looking and much quieter, once you’ve set up your apps it’s simple to set up the auto focus works great. Sound is a little quiet but good for just the kids watching something for films we hook up to a Bluetooth soundbar and sub woofer and it’s perfect. It took a little while to find how but add external Bluetooth devices in the remotes and accessories menuPicture quality is brilliant, I was suspicious of 400 ANSI lumens being bright enough but even in daytime with blinds and curtains closed we could happily watch a film probably best with brights kids animations though. It’s much better than quoted 8000 lumens on cheaper projectors. There are tables online to compare lumens and Once darker it’s amazing. The Android TV interface is great I run an iptv service through Nanomid directly on the device, it most other apps if available through the playstore. We’ll continue to set it up to our liking.I don’t often leave reviews but in this instance thought I would share my good experience and satisfaction
