I'm 5'4. Quite tiny for men but in proper shape as to size. The size fits perfectly. If you're around my height and slim/proper shape go for xs size but if you're chubby or with extra fats go size up.

The quality is perfect. Received the product as shown in the image. However, the fabric is not super absorbent. It's ok to be used at home, but it's performance as an active wear is questionable.

Got myself medium size, good fitting but may last for 6 months or so as it might get torn if comes in contact with mildly sharp objects, drys quickly and easily hand washable
