I recently tried Vanicream 1% Hydrocortisone Cream for my sensitive skin, and while it did work effectively, I couldn't shake the feeling that it wasn't as potent as some other hydrocortisone creams I've used in the past. Perhaps the formulation tailored for sensitive skin has a gentler effect, which could explain the slight difference in efficacy. Despite this, I'm still a fan of this cream. It's gentle, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and provides relief from itchiness and inflammation. I appreciate that it's fragrance-free and doesn't contain common irritants, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin concerns. While it may not be the strongest hydrocortisone cream I've tried, its compatibility with sensitive skin is a big plus, and I'll continue using it for that reason.

I love vanicream so much!! I’ve bought their lotion, face wash, and creams so many times. This one is perfect for itchiness, hives, irritation, bug bites, rashes, etc. Never fails me. This is the second time I’ve bought the hydrocortisone one even though my first one isn’t empty yet. I’m just scared of running out!! Staple in my household. Would definitely buy again.

Vanicream is the only product that my sensitive skin will tolerate. I have dermatitis and some rosacea on my face. I use the cleanser every other day and the moisturizer daily. Keeps my face moisturized the entire day. I have only used this particular product once and it felt wonderful. hydrocortisone cream is the one thing that calms down dermatitis on my face however it is still harsh on my skin so a vanicream version is my dream. Can’t wait to see how my skin looks after some consistent use of this. Will update if my opinion changes.

Vanicream anything is a win. This is great! Price-yer than other brands but worth it depending on ur situation ofc.

After many different OTC products, I finally found something that works on my eczema on my face, neck, elbow and knees. My dermatologist told me about this brand. He said the paraben in most OTC made itching worse and he was right! I have used this for a week and my skin is finally not itchy and red. It’s beginning to heal. The area around my eyebrows in particular was terribly itchy and irritated. The creme is smooth, not oily and dries quickly. This is a great product and I will be buying more!
