Wish I Could Give it 0 Stars
I wanted a cheap office chair, and I got one. I had looked at several reviews online, and thought I had done my homework to select the best reviewed chair in my price range (under $200) that also met my needs (lumbar/neck support). I have never really thought of a chair as having a difficult job, it is quite easy to be a chair; you sit there, and be sat on. The Walker has proven that I was wrong, and there actually are many ways a chair can fail at being a chair. I should have paid more attention to the couple of reviews/comments I read which made note that it either didn't come with all the correct parts (missing screws) or that it was not possible to assemble properly.Problem 1: While assembling, I realized that two of the screws which held the arm-rests onto the chair were impossible to screw in due to the angling of the bars and the fact that most 3inch or longer screw drivers could not get in there. Perhaps if it came with one of those L-shaped screw drivers I have seen around (but do not personally own), I could have got those two screws in, but I don't so I put it together with just one screw holding on each arm-rest. I figured, how can it get worse than that?Problem 2: I sat down in the chair and immediately realized that one of the arm-rests would raise higher than the other, meaning one was machined wrong and could not reach its highest setting. Not the end of the world, but annoying.Problem 3: The lumbar support will not stay up on its own. I had to engineer some chair bondage in order to rig it up, this has held for the first month of use without incident, and I now consider this problem "fixed."Problem 4: Remember Problem 1, the arm-rest screws? Yea, that didn't seem to be too annoying until one of the arm-rests fell off the chair while I was sitting in it. Don't worry though, since only one screw could go in to hold it in place, it was quick and easy to fix!Problem 5: The head/neck-rest also does not stay in place and I have not yet attempted to tie it into place. As said, I am about to hit my one month of using this chair, and was considering returning it to get my money back and buy another chair. But then I had to consider the amount of time/energy it would take to disassemble it, repack it, go to the Post Office to ship it, ship it back, find a chair that doesn't suck, get it, build it, and hope it isn't a repeat of the Walker. My time is worth more than finding a chair that is likely to be only slightly less mediocre. You win this time China, I won't return this cheaply made consumer product. But I would encourage anyone reading this to NOT buy this object that fails at being a chair, which I hesitate to call a chair.

Chair lasted 11 months
Totally not worth the money. It's 11 months in and the chair is shot. I can no longer make it go up or down. Very, very disappointed.

As advertised, minimally adjustable, some shape issues
Assembly was easy (the instructions were vague but I figured it out).Parts are low quality, but I expected this for the price.Lumbar and head support allow minimal adjustments, one direction only (up and down). The recline lock is nice, and easy to set. Without it locked into a position, the recline friction is too low (and I am not a heavy person).I do feel as if my head is being pushed too far forward, and can not change the depth of the head rest. I may have to remove the head rest.Or I may just cut off part of its frame, and use the rest of the headrest frame to make one that is the right depth for me.The vertical curvature of the back is ok. It is actually very good around the lower back area, but not so good further up the back.I did not use the arms, as they would be in the way of the posture I need to avoid arm pain. The most irritating feature is the side edges of the back. It is curved with the fabric backing, which flexes in to shape to my back. Mostly this is a good design, and is used in some of the most expensive office chairs. However, due to the cheapness of this chair, it flexes in far enough that the backs of my arms rub against the plastic frame. This is the one feature that might keep me from being able to alter the chair to fit me well.I am trying it with a piece of foam on the back, to take the body further from the edges of the back frame, but this is placing my butt to far forward on the seat (which I have as far forward as the screw locations allow). I might be able to solve this issue with a drill and my own screws. For someone who is not heavy, and does not put a lot of pressure on their chair, this chair could work. However, if one is trying to find an ergonomic chair to allow them to sit in a position that alleviates any pain they may now have, this is not a good chair for the task. For this, go to a store and sit in the chair you are going to buy.

Seems like a large oversight on the part of the manufacturer ...
WARNINGS:- The chair came in a box that was fairly "beat up" but nothing inside was damaged so I accepted it. I mention this as it appears from previous reviews I read that this is a common occurrence. All in all it was ok to me as nothing was damaged or missing.- The chair came with the wrong screws to mount the arm rest pads. The screws that ship with the arm rest pads (which are not documented any where in the one-sheet assembly instructions) were too short. They are also metric so to save any future buyers grief should you choose to keep the chair the correct screws needed are M6-20mm. You can find those screws at any Home Depot or Lowes. Seems like a large oversight on the part of the manufacturer but I was willing to look past that. The GOOD:- It is a nice chair for the price. It feels very solid and supportive.- It is light but seems sturdy.- I wasn't really thrilled about the head rest at first but it actually is a pretty nice feature.I'm not sure how this chair will fair in the long run but I am happy with it for now. I just wish the manufacturer would have included all the appropriate screws.

Can't even put the chair together with the included parts ...
Can't even put the chair together with the included parts. For the money you think all the pieces would at least fit together, but nope.

I loved the chair
I loved the chair, but I had to return it, because it was too low for my very high desk. Nothing wrong with the chair. It was nicely made.

Arrived damaged
Arrived broken and damaged. You'd think for the price you pay, they would spend a few extra cents to add some more packaging material.Returned it
