BROKEN BROKEN AND THEY WON'T PAY FOR THE RETURN
What a waste of money, we bought this for a Christmas Gift and it doesn't work. I should have realized the issue when I saw the white tape across the box, but assumed it was the shipping. But it was probably returned broken and then resold back to me. It is going to cost me $38 to return this item so now I have lost $38 off the price of something that doesn' t work. Contacted the seller and they won't respond. BEWARE

This is NOT the classic series blender
The classic series blender by Oster has a glass carafe and a metal base / engine.This is made of plastic.I specifically ordered the Oster classic series because I had bought two blenders that were garbage and didn't want that to happen again.I am borrowing my friend's blender to make my super smoothies which is the foundation of my diet ergo extremely important.It is a high-quality, well made blender.I told myself I would get the exact same thing and I wouldn't get taken a third time.Well I did. Get taken.A third time.If you want to spend this amount of money for plastic that's your choice, I, however would not have done so if I had been given accurate information.I do not recommend this product.
