pretty good vest its very comfortable and great quality only down side is the quick detach is some what difficult gets stuck sometimes and when it works you really gotta pull it hard but the pros out weigh the cons would still recommend this product!

While the side plate will fit. There is no way to secure the plate in the pocket. Minus 1 ⭐️.I believe I could fix this problem pretty easily. But I shouldn’t have to. Since it says the pocket will accommodate the plates.Plus the front and back pocket. Will not accommodate weighted 5/16 steel plate along with a 13/16 soft shock plate. For training purposes. Minus 2 ⭐️.The hard plastic quick release shoulder buckles will ride on your collar bone. There should be an extension of padding. Coming up from the front chest piece. To pad under the buckle. Minus 1 ⭐️With all these deficiencies. I’m going to have to return this item.
