Does not work for my dog with only one front leg
UPDATED REVIEW: I ordered this to my dog’s size, but it slides off her so easily. She is missing one front leg, so it’s hard to get it to fit exactly right. My understanding was this was made especially for dogs missing front legs. I measured my dog’s girth and thought the size I ordered was going to fit....I had such high hopes. But once she starts to walk, it just slips down and she can actually get right out of it. I thought I did something wrong, so gave it a couple tries and still doesn’t work at all. So now I am way past returning it....but would instead have liked to hear from the company on how to fix the problem or even exchange for a different size or better product. I originally reviewed this on July 1, 2019.

My dog can get pretty much any collar off
FIRST IMPRESSION:Hey ya'll, So my Dog chewed his $45 harness into 4 pieces. we just moved cross country and haven't had much extra money for the past few weeks. But we really NEEDED a harness. My dog can get pretty much any collar off, so in-store harnesses are always expensive. THUS! I TOOK TO AMAZON!!--and after hours of looking, I found this bad boy. He had pretty good reviews and, looked like exactly what we needed, so I ordered it. and it was so easy to fit the harness to him, After its adjusted, putting it on, and taking it off is SO easy.Great first impression. I am optimistic.

Good harness
This was suggested for our Tripawd pit bull. The website said that it was good for front leg amputees. It worked well. She didn't struggle out of it, and we loved having the ability to put her name on a velcro plate on it so our neighbors could learn her name. But it bothered me that it would spin around her body until the wrong side reached her remaining leg. We were constantly pulling it back into the right position. If she had two front legs, this wouldn't have been an issue at all. We recently bought another harness with a brush guard underneath that can't spin like this one can.

Great value. Durable and reliable.
This is hands-down the best medium to heavy duty vest on the market. My dog is blind and we bought those patches separately. I especially value the handle on top of the vest. Being blind, my Golden Retriever is hesitant when getting out of the car or going down large drops. She needs to be able to reach down and touch the next landing to be comfortable. I've taken to using the handle to hold her up when getting down from the car. She's now comfortable with this procedure. I could not do that without the strong handle and heavy duty construction. One concern is that the patches from EzyDog were a bit bigger than the spot on the vest. This results in the patch sometimes scratching my leg when walking her. I'm not deducting stars because it is a function of the path and I'm not blaming the vest. The vest is super easy to get on my dog. It was easily adjusted to her size and reliably holds its size over time. The reflective strips are a nice touch for evening walks. The heavy duty D-Ring on the top is excellent quality. I use it in the car to secure her with a seatbelt attachment (bought separately). Having this option keeps my pup safe in the car and prevents her from butting into the front seat area while we're in a moving car.I'll often take her to the office with me for the day and leave the vest on all day. The vest appears comfortable for her and she can wear it all day without complaint.

Definitely helps control
I have an 11 month-old, 55 lbs. Olde English Bulldog. As you can see from the photos, she’s also wearing the EZYDOG wide collar, Large. Although her girth measurement is 27.5 (b/w a M and L), I opted for the L harness b/c she may not tet be done growing. On the collar and the harness, I removed the labels because she looks better without them. She likes to wear the harness well enough, and she looks rather badass while doing so.I deducted a star for 2 reasons: the side patches and the digging shoulder fit. I replaced the EZY patched with a plain patch the company sells on Amazon for $9. I didn’t want any with words b/c they are painted on pleather, and the painting comes off/smudges if your dog’s sides come into contact with too much. My dog walks rubbing her sides against the walls sometimes. With respect to the shoulders, the cut of the harness sort of digs into her shoulder blades. It doesn’t prevent range of motion, but I’ve only just received the harness and don’t know if it will rub too much. It needs more padding at this point - it is very hard.I like the EZYDOG quality of collars, so I trust their harnesses as well. We have been using the EZY harness with the chest plate, which is functional, but my dog is a very strong puller, so it’s not really helpful at this point.I actually was interested in this harness because her puppy enthusiasm is getting to be a bit much, and we need a way to grab her without pulling on a collar. She has a very long body and can now see over the countertops, so we need a way to quickly get her down before she grabs something. For this, it is a perfect harness. She is also VERY strong. The body weight is evenly distributed, so I don’t fear hurting her when I hokd her back. I can get a quick grip in her without so much effort now. Until I can get her better trained with voice commands, this will be her daily outfit all day long.I can’t tell if this will help with her pulling when we walk in the long-term, but it helps somewhat for now.It does generate warmth under the top part. I live in SoCal, so I doubt I can use this in the summer when it reaches 100. For winter, at 65-80 degrees, it doesn’t seem to bother her.

Best Dog Harness!
Our 70-lb dog is about 9 years old. Over the years, we have tried many harnesses on her, and this one is the best. It is extremely easy to put on and remove, doesn't choke her neck, and doesn't rub off her hair, like the last harness, an EzyDog chest plate model. Since she's getting on in years, the handle helps get her in and out of the dog taxi (aka my truck). The huge D-ring makes it easy to attach her leash. This may be a bit on the spendy side, but it is worth it.

fits German shepherd perfectly.
Bought this for my Germany shepherd. There's plenty of adjustment on the straps and it certainly feels like it will last.
