Horrible customer servive
I only had my device for a total of 3 months and it stopped rebooting. I spent 250 dollars for This device and it stopped working on me. On multiple occasions I attempted to contact LQY to never receive a response. I'm very dissapointed in the quality of the device and in their customer service. I guess that's what happens when they finally receive payment. When I first received the device, the device was very buggy and glitchy, didn't even work as if it was new. I finally decided to reboot and it failed to turn on again. I'm very dissapointed because the price I paid. Id expect a company to actually care about their customers. Would give 0 stars if I could. Thanks lqy for never helping me.

Love this phone
Gave this a chance as it was affordable and I wanted a dual sim option to having to carry two phones everyday. Has not only met but exceeded my expectations. Stylish, rugged, excellent value for the money...I'm happy.

recibi el telefono mas resistente del mundo.pero no funcionan las bocinas. no se escucha nada a voz alta. incluiendo el telefon soñando si te llaman.tampoco sirve el mikrofono. entonces tu escuchas las otras personas hablando, pero ellos no te escuchan
