I purchased this water rower after researching others online. What attracted me were the aesthetics, wooden design, & competitive pricing. It rows smoothly, provides good enough resistance (I’d prefer more), and is quieter than fan rowers. It’s stores upright on wheels very easily. It’s quite heavy & takes up a bit of space when in use - a decent matt underneath is a must to protect floors. The seat is reasonably comfortable for c.20 mins stints of rowing. The order came quickly within a few days & was simple to put together. The manual is very basic and could be improved, with more detailed instructions & troubleshooting guidance. I had an initial issue with the sensor not registering with the monitor. However, the product support team are very helpful & quick to respond. They provided guidance and a handy YouTube tutorial video, & I was able to resolve the issue. When using the rower, it would benefit from app function or tech compatibility.This is a great looking, robust & smooth-action rower, which provides a decent workout. It’s great value considering others on the market.
