Nice Compressor for a good price
So far so good!!!! Replaced the compressor on my 2012 Traverse as it looked as if the front or case seals had let go on the stock unit. However, after installing this new unit and recharging, I found out that it was actually the upper condenser hose that goes from the Compressor to the Condenser with the low pressure sensor installed. The hose had a split on the bottom (where you couldn't see it unless you had the front bumper removed) and it was spraying all over the compressor right below making it look like the compressor seal. No problem, as the original unit had over 115K on it and the clutch had been a bit noisy, so it was time to replace anyway. This new compressor seems to be working great and it's nice and quite. We'll see how she lasts!!!
