Is this in the original packaging with the package inserts?

Yes - It is the same Hydro Peptide that I purchased at the spa.

Both creams i ordered came not sealed, opened and without package inserts. is it how it's supposed to be? i am not sure i can trust the products.

That doesn’t sound right. I’ve been using Hydropeptide products for a few years now, including Eye Authority which is amazing for dark circles. I've bought them from the dermatologist, Amazon and another online site. All of the Products I bought have come in a box and should have a plastic plug over the dispenser hole which you can throw away after opening. I would not accept or use any products that arrived as you described. Contact amazon and return. There are reputable sellers on amazon for a fraction of the cost dermatologist sells it for ($180). I’d buy From “shipped and sold by amazon“ or a seller with high ratings.
