Non-believer to believer.
I was a non believer when my friend introduce me to this as an allergy supplement. I gave it a try and at least for me has been very effective. It has reduce my dependency on the harsh allergy medications. For most days unless it is a sever pollen days taking two in the morning it reduced my sneezing, itchy eye etc related to allergies. I think it also has to build up over a couple days in the body. For heavier days I will still have to take regular allergy meds but enjoying the freedom for it 90% of the time.

A seasonal allergy lifesaver!
I suffer very severe seasonal allergies. Itchy throat, ears, and mouth, red itchy eyes, sneezing, runny nose, congestion and headache ... the general misery of allergy season. I took 2 of these Aller-max along with 3 Michael's Naturopathic Recovery Zymes every morning, along with 1/8 cup Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar with "the mother". (Everything just once daily) All my symptoms disappeared in about 5 days. It was like I was human again! A few weeks later, I stopped taking everything and within 5 days all my symptoms returned. I started everything again and it this time it only took 24 hours to get back to good. I love this stuff!
