Denso 210-0575 Remanufactured Alternator (Renewed)

I purchased this item here because like always cheaper then autozone I installed this item on my father 2006 Honda Odyssey w/ivtec and it worked great now that alternator is charging as it should and no more overnight dead battery last alternator was charging at about 12.9 at best 13.2 it was inadequate it was destroying the battery now we are at a constant 14.3 no more drained battery alternator has been on the vehicle for almost two weeks now and everything is working as it should

I'd recommend this alternator to anyone out there! So far it's been working as it should be. Happy customer.

Hassle to replace the alternator - original OEM Denso should have lasted the life time of the vehicle

It's difficult to install - you won't want to repeat the install after putting in a sub-standard part so get the OEM Denso alternator 1st.I ended up having my mechanic install it because the penalty for failure would be too high - the alternator is extremely heavy for its small size (~15lb having lots of copper windings), and accidently dropping it would have taken out my A/C unit, not to mention the car is undriveable without it being installed correctly. If I had another spare vehicle, I would have attempted the install and most likely would have been successful, but couldn't take the chance.If you want to install it yourself, there are numerous YouTube video on the subject, including a few that lists the "gotchas", and recommended hacks like tying a heavy string to the alternator to help support it during removal/installation, rotating it so that the pulley faces upward during removal and installation, etc.

I didn't really get a chance how good it is unfortunately I had to return it as immediately after installing it it started to fail making a grinding noise too loud so I had to return it

Ordered for my 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L. Alternator looked NEW. Denso quality. Perfit fit. Put in new Honda drive belt and new tensioner.

I bought this alternator to use in my 2007 Odyssey, had my mechanic install it. He was not happy, suggesting that re-manufactured alternators don't hold up. Well he was right. I had it installed at the end of October 2018, and before the end of the month January 2019 it is dead. Tested at Autozone, it is toast. Thanks for nothing you jerks.

Perfect fit and works great. The installation into a 2005 Odyssey EX-L was a royal pain (gross understatement!) but that is on Honda, not Denso. The alternator came looking like it was brand new, I was impressed.

Installed on my 2007 Odyssey and it works. Will let you know if it fails at any point. Installation is a pain.
