Perfect little pump for a small fountain. Size fits the space. TDH is correct for my fountain. These little pumps just do not last very long.

This is a perfect replacement for the one that we have had for many seasons.

This is the third one of these I have owned. I use them in a small water feature I made. The first one lasted a very long time and the second one did not which is why I gave longevity three stars. The size is perfect for my water feature which is filled with rocks. The water level is a few inches above the rocks and the sound made by the little giant pumping water back into the water is very pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely purchase this product again, although I'm hoping this one will last for more than a year.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve only been using for about four months so can’t really say how long this will last but so far—so good. I’ve operated at least 12 hours a day and sometimes for 24 hours straight with no problems. Has aEnough power to send a steady flow of water at least two and half feet vertical. Nice bubble of water as it reaches the top and spills over fountain creating pleasant water sights & sounds.If you are expecting a super powerful force for large fountains or ponds this would not work, but for a small to medium sized fountain operates perfectly. Adjustable flow is limited and I pretty much have it on high.Very important to make sure your inflow doesn’t get clogged with debris (which will cause the pump to quit working) also want to make sure there’s enough water covering pump or it will burn up (like any other pump). So far, couldn’t be happier. I haven’t received my latest utility bill so can’t say how much power this uses but seems like it uses very little electricity and well worth the price for pleasant fountain ambiance.

Sent the following to [email protected] on 5/26/23: "On 4/20/23 We bought a PES-80-PW (catalog #566714) replacement for our PES-100-?? that had worked flawlessly for over 10 years, but had eventually become somewhat noisy. It is running a small wall mounted waterfall that we fill with distilled water. The new pump ran for less than 30 days before it become significantly noisier than the older one had after 10 years. I did the normal maintenance breakdown on the pump to make sure nothing was either caught in the impeller area, nor blcoking the intake, and neither was true. I reassembled and tried again and it was still just as noisy. I’d like to get a warranty replacement on this pump. Amazon's rejection is based on their 30 day return window but we are trying to return it based on its 3 year warranty. Amazon is not providing us a way to have the warranty honored.

Great little Pump.

3 stars is probably a little light but these things are constantly getting blocked when used in their most common applications- outside fountains.It would be fantastic the manufacturer were able to come up with a solution.

Everything about this fountain makes it perfect for my birdbath. The suction is strong and it's very quiet. The casing is a bit difficult to take apart to clean but, in between deep cleaning, I flush the vents with a strong spray of water. This is the same pump used with a super-expensive, concrete birdbath I once had. I thought a more reasonable pump would suffice for a my newer birdbath. Wrong. The other pump was so loud, it was a deterrent to birds. So happy that I decided to purchase the Little Giant pump.
