so after 2 months on this I am so impressed I have begun recommending it to others to try and I bought a bottle for my sister as a gift.....amazing helped all my aches and pains in my knee and hip best present I have given myself in years.....try it

I have been taking 1 cap per day for the better part of 2 years along with several other supplements and lots of yoga. My dexa shows that I went from osteoporosis to a mild osteopenia.

The vitamin was delivered on time and in good condition. If its helped in building bone there is no way I can address that issue. So far it hasn't had a negative effect on my health. I have been taking one capsule every day.

Purchased Ostinol 175 and 225. Had an allergic reaction to the 175 dose. I am willing to write that off as a loss as these things happen. (probably something in the manufacturing that doesn't impact 99% of the population) But the bottle for the 225 dose is unopened, still with protective safety band, etc and can't be returned even within 2 weeks of receipt.

I have no complaints with Ostinol but wanted to warn anyone taking a bone support supplement that it can interact in a terrible way with acid blockers or gut treatments. I was unaware and took Ostinol by itself for weeks and seemed fine but then also took Aloecure for a healthy gut and had terrible terrible terrible reflux. I didn't get that it was caused by this interraction and tried several more days, looking to deal with the reflux separately and finally stopped both the Ostinol and Aloecure. But I remained constipated and irregular for weeks and finally ended up in the ER for colitis! My intestines were inflamed. The doctor said something similar had happened in his family. Just be on guard. It was horrible. Any mixing is tricky. I had no idea. Now I do.

With trying to get my body to a more healthful state, all the supplements I'm taking are sending me to the poor house.

This supplement kicked in after about 2 weeks. It has tremendously improved my knee OA. I am now no longer getting the daily sharp pains in my knees. I love this product!!
