These are great! I have nerve pain in my feet from a back injury and these are so helpful when I have a flair! I love that the packs are removable and that the foot pack and ankle packs are separate.

Bought these in August 2025 as I had started Chemo Treatment & Neuropathy came on like a bull in a China cabinet & the pain was so BAD. These honestly helped very much. More than anything else. I also elevated my legs while using them. I highly recommend them to anyone going through Chemo or dealing with Neuropathy (which i had not heard of until middle of the night when it woke me up in so much pain). They are very durable, washable and easy to use. These stay cold. Might buy a backup pair & extra ice packs

I have always struggled with hot feet when I go bed. I finally found these and I am so happy I did. They are amazing. The reason I gave 4 stars is due to the sizing and quality of the material. I wear a size 8 and bought a large. It was snug enough where I had to give some effort pulling the sock over my heel causing a couple seams to pop. Sizing is a little weird.

I have plantar fasciitis and these are a lifesaver!! I ordered the small and wear a female 8.5 US. If I were to order again, I’d get a size bigger just so they are easier to put on and off. They JUST fit me. If they were any smaller in the ankle, I’d have to take the ice packets out before putting them on. I wish they had some elastic at the top, but they still work great.

I have plantar faciitis and bought these to use as icing relief for inflammation. I've only used these for 4 days now, but I really like them! The sock material is soft and protects my feet from the harshness of the cold packs, but still allows plenty of coldness to my feet. I'm surprised by how pliable the ice packs are, even after being in the freezer all day. They don't freeze solid, they stay bendable so you can get them into the sock pockets easily and then mold them to your feet a little bit. Because they mold so easily, they don't stay right up against my heel, but that's actually quite fixable by putting my night braces on or making sure my feet are on the floor or another surface (gently, don't walk in these). Also because they are moldable ice packs and my feet are a little small for the S/M sock (I'm a W size 9.5 with long skinny feet), I found I can pull the ice pack from the bottom of the sock up around the back of my heel just a little, which works great for me because my arch and the back of my heel are where my pain is greatest. While these don't give the intense all-over coldness of an ice bath, they're so much more convenient and still give the relief I need! I'm going to use them every night to add to my fight against inflammation!

This is not a solution for me and the item is not returnable. I have a very swollen foot due to an orthopedic accident. The fabric is very strange for a sock. It has no give. Hard to get the sock over my swollen heel. Not very cold

Bought these socks for my 11 year old son who suffers from sever's. He gets pain in his heels and has some days where he struggles to walk with the pain. Part of treatment is to ice the area 3 times a day. Trying to wrap a flexible icepack around his heels with an ace bandage wasn't always successful or convenient. We tried these socks. They work well. He uses the long ice pad on the bottom of his feet, and the short pad on the back of his Achilles heel. When he elevates his feet, his heels rest on the ice pads and he doesn't have to worry about an ice pack shifting. Icing his feet is now almost as easy as wearing a pair of socks. His shoe size is around a 5-5 1/2, and we purchased him the s/m and there is a little room in there for his feet to grow, but they are still very effective and are tight enough for him to just kick back with them on his feet. They are a very convenient way to ice your feet. They come with a pair of socks and 2 pads for each foot. One long ice pad that slips in a pocket on the bottom of the sock, and another shorter ice pad you can either slip in a pocket over the Achilles heel area, or in a pocket that covers the top of your foot. If you need to ice your feet on a regular basis, these socks are an easy way to do it.

I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and have been having horrible hot flashes in my hands and feet since about 22 weeks. With the weather getting much warmer as of late, I was desperate to have something that would soothe the heat while I slept and had a lot of hopes for these. Unfortunately, they are a bust. I feel like for $25 dollars, I got the cheapest and most worthless pair of dollar store quality socks with two gel packs in each that also might have cost a dollar on their own. Absolutely not worth the price. And the most frustrating bit is that the “cold” gel packs last for a maximum of 20 minutes. I had mine in the freezer for about 8 hours and got 20 minutes of use out of it. I’d be better off putting an actual igloo lunch ice pack inside these socks instead of what was sent with them. If all you’re looking for is a quick fix for hot feet made with super cheap materials and you don’t care how much you pay, go for it. But if you’re actually expecting these to do the job they claim, avoid like the plague. Definitely DO NOT recommend :(

I’ve had so many difficult foot injuries and issues from broken toes to nerve problems and sore feet and this is one of the most convenient purchases I made. So handy and comfortable to ice a part of your body that can be tricky if you also need to elevate etc

Escelente material y acabados, la parte de tela se ven con buen acabado sin malas costuras ni fallos, y las bolsas de gel tienen buena forma y acomodo para amoldarse. La primera vez es un poco confuso cómo se acomodan dentro de la tela, pero después es simple.
