Great pedalboard
I was previously using a pedalboard I made out of oak 1x2 boards. It worked, but it was heavy. This one is nice and light and my one spot powers supply mounted right up underneath it. It was a bit pricy, but I think it is worth it.

Impractical for actual usage
This is a bad design. There is very little room underneath where all the guts go.If the rake were higher this board would fit more of the wiring, plugs, and cable runs underneath the board. But this design gives you about 3" to use...not even enough space for a wall wart (see picture). There is not enough depth to plug in any standard adapters (required for pedal power, Boss pedals, some reverbs, etc).Make it like 1" taller in the back and it would be workable. But I just spent $189 to cramp and crush the power cords my reverb and loopers need. If I need to stomp on this board GIVE MY CABLES ROOM. The back feet are crimped on, not screwed, so I can't even unscrew them and add something to add height in the back and give my cables some room to breathe. Bad.I feel ripped off. I'm forced to either try to spend more money to try to adapt this thing to my needs, or go back to the heavy wood board I built by hand (and had hoped this light piece of aluminum could replace.). Yeah the old board is not slick but at least the person who designed it (me) cares about getting the design right for a working musician. If I can't return this to Amazon I'll sell this to a bedroom guitarist who doesn't actually have to use this on real stages. I wouldn't recommend it for a gigging musician for anything more than the most rudimentary needs. Rehearsal studio maybe.Nice case though. It will never see an actual backstage.
