Let's start with the only negative: the smell is slightly unpleasant. It's not perfumed; it just smells like the ingredients, or like smelling an empty bottle of olive oil (but not as strong). You don't notice the smell after a minute, though. After one day of usage, I barely notice the smell at all anymore.Everything else about this product is freaking wonderful. It's made of natural and organic-certified ingredients, the balm is easy to apply, the lack of perfume makes it probably safe for sensitive skin, is easy to carry around in a purse or pocket, and doesn't make my nose or the surrounding skin greasy or itchy.Whenever I get sick, my nose immediately gets sore and chapped from blowing my nose; I put this on in the morning, when my nose was so raw it was about to bleed - the same evening, the skin had healed a bit and the redness and pain were gone. My nose was still peeling a bit, but the next morning there was no more peeling. It's hands down a wonderful product and I would recommend this to everyone. This is way better than trying to apply lip chapstick (scent/texture/healing wise) to my nose, and more effective and lasting than lotion. I apply a thin layer of this balm to my nose about 5 times a day at the moment, but it'll probably go down to twice a day as I get better. I love this product so much. If you're in a warmer climate, be aware that this will probably melt on you.

Got this stuff for dry nose while on accutane.. I had terrible, painful scabs in my nose from the dryness and this helped to heal them within days. Very moisturizing and effective!! It is super easy to apply and lasts quite a bit.

This really is a game changer when you have a chapped nose. It’s very soothing and hydrating, and hides moderate flaky skin. However the scent isn’t wonderful. Not the worst but it kind of smells like those cheap cake scented lip balms that you’d get gifted as a kid. Wish it came in different scent options to choose from.

Inside my nose stays extremely dry and cracked. I ordered this product and it has gotten so much better.

I wear a nasal pillow cpap and get a horrible chapped nose each night. This has been a total game changer. For the first time in months my nose isn’t peeling. Soothing formula and a great scent!

Does the job for areas that are just dry. However, this product contains sugar. So... it thoroughly exacerbated a problem I did not even know I had: seborrheic dermatitis. I have now been fighting it for 2 months, after buying and using this stuff. The sugar, presumably added to the flaking. This product IS comedogenic and while it has soothing ingredients, this is not helpful for those who have, or could have seb derm. Unless you're planning to 2+/day anti fungal creams of meds. Plus... I paid $7+ for a lip balm size tube that created more problems than it fixed.

i WAS USING MATYS NASAL OINTMENT WHICH WORKED VERY WELL FOR ME BUT THEY DISCONTINUED IT SO I TRIED AT LEAST 10 DIFFERENT NASAL PRODUCTS AND NONE OF THEM WORKED EXCEPT FOR THIS INSTACURE NOSE BALM GREAT PRODUCT EASY TO APPLY INSTANT RELIEF FROM DRY, IRRITATED. SORE NASAL PASSAGES I RECOMMEND IT HOPE IT WORKS FOR YOU.

I have had a very very severe dry nose issue for months due to sickness I had. I have tried so many different nasal lubricants braids salines. This is a very soothing lubricant to put in your nose when it's feeling very dry it takes the pain away a little bit but leaves you feeling very comfortable instead of uncomfortable in your nose.. highly recommend
