These mugs are perfect to give to my customers. They are not light your regular promo mugs, these feel great in your hand, the colors are vibrant and just jump out. I will be using this company for now on. It would be wrong of me if I did not mention the Customer Service..... they where AMAZING!

this is a nice heavy mug. I sent a colored logo on it, customer service notified me said they could only do one color and sent me a sample to match the color of the mug. it turned out great. customers loved them, and we even sold some. I've had them sense January they have been washed a lot and the paint is starting to come off. but overall I'm welled pleased with them. I will be ordering from this company again.

I saw one review stating the logo was stamped on and not dishwasher safe, so I got Mod Podge and am sealing these before gifting them. It's an extra step, but I think you get what you pay for and this was a great price for this many mugs. I wouldn't say the ceramic is the highest quality I've ever had, but it's also not the super cheap version either. I think once the logo is sealed this mug will have a good life span.

I personalized these as gifts for an association. The personalization is just like the photo. The cups are a good size and just as expected.

We ordered these kind of last minute for our granddaughters 1st birthday favors..we had a hot chocolate bar..so this worked into our winter ONEderland theme . I was told they would make it to us before the party..it would be close..but we would make it. Although the shipping was through FEDEX. We were still hopeful...we did get a notice that rather than Friday we would get them Saturday. And we did !! They came..perfectly packaged..not a single broken mug .every one was perfect! It made our family VERY happy to give these as part of a party favor with a sack of hot chocolate, a marshmallow spoon , marshmallows..and chocolate kisses.. we are very happy either our purchase!

There is nothing to not like about these personalized mugs. The shipping (awesome! Packaged with cardboard to ensure no breaks!), the sturdiness, the high end look, not like $ stores and timely shipping, oh my! Hard to beat this company's product!!! I will be ordering from this company often and in high volumes!!!
