Exactly what I was looking for. The only issues that it runs at least two sizes small.

I bought this sauna suit for my cousin and he found it very useful in his spinning classes. It is well done, it is comfortable and it really fulfils its role of making it sweat. It looks strong and durable, much more than similar ones. The value for money is very good. Just take into account the issue of sizes, as they may vary a little, but in general it is a successful and effective purchase for both indoor and outdoor training.

Great product! I am 6'3, 340 lbs and this is how the 4XL fits. Plenty of room, I didn't want it too snug, and you SWEAT!!! Love this jacket!

First of all - you need to order 1 size up, than what you are normally wearing. I usually wear an M - ordered an L and fits perfectly. I’ve been using the hot suit for 2 weeks now. Started running on the treadmill for 30 to 40 minutes a day, at my own pace and I’ve lost almost 4kg. You sweat a lot and you get really really hot. Sometimes the feeling is unbearable, so I had to decrease the speed and walk rather than run. You also need to drink loads of water. Overall very satisfied.

Works very well. I use it everytime i do cardio. As others have mentioned,consider ordering one size big than your usual. Body and chest size/width or whatever you want to call it,is perfect,but when it comes to the shoulder, there you will feel that its a bit tight. Overall, a very good product.
