The level of detail and stories told, all in Tonys words really do make you feel as though too you were there at the time. Beautifully written with terrific attention to detail. Can't recommend highly enough.

I enjoyed this peek behind the curtain, showing what life with Frank Sinatra was really like through Tony’s eyes. A well written, if sometimes self-promoting, look at what it was really like to stand in Frank’s shoes. In particular, the chapter describing his eventual death was so descriptive that I felt I’d been there. The tears flowed.

A good red, really enjoyed it.

I learned a lot more about the man himself with new information portrayed through the author's writing. He is believable. He knew Sinatra personally and had mostly positive things to say unlike many authors who seek to make money out of destroying a person's character through sensationalism and non-fact.

It is hugely successful in its execution because Tony O, perhaps more than anyone outside of Nancy Sr., got to know the soul of the man. I felt as if I got to know the real Frank Sinatra-what made him moody, philanthropic, why he feared abandonment, why he rarely went to bed before dawn, and what were his deepest regrets. Tony O, who was Frank's constant companion, friend, nurse, manager, and confidant, virtually lived with Frank for the last twenty years of his life. He spent hundreds of hours just listening to Frank pour out his soul to him. It really is a mind-boggling read. I never expected to read such intimate details of my all-time favorite personality. You will laugh out loud-the Maria Callas line is a killer. You will be furious - Barbara Sinatra(I never imagined Tina's portrayal would be replicated, but it was). You will choke up in tears and then smile with affection as stories are revealed about the complicated man that was Frank Sinatra. This book is a must-read for anyone who was ever thrilled and moved by a Sinatra song that told relatable heartfelt stories of love and lost love.

The author knew Mr Sinatra well and this comes across in the book . There was plenty to keep me interested and it showed a side of Sinatra that you do not really get to see that much. If your looking for a good read..check it out
