So the final road to wrestlemania and what a strange one it is.Starting off the show with BIANCA BELAIR teaming with WM opponment and champ SASHA BANKS to take on tag champs NIA JAX and SHAYNA BASZLER where neither team get on brilliantly,so this tells a story of which team will implode first. The match is fine but hardly a classic and is clearly more about the story and the upcoming wm.BIG E vs APOLLO CREWS is a cool encounter to start but then as it getting going,just ends looking sort of borched or just weird. But still it tells an interesting story for the 2 to go at it again.BRAUN STROWMAN should be facing SHANE McMAHON but instead has to face ELIAS as Shane is supposedly hurt. It is a poor filler,simply adding to a poor feud between Braun and Shane.SHINSUKE vs SETH ROLLINS sounds good and should be good and although i thought it would be a nothing match because it is too close to wm for them to have a great match seems Rollins is likely to face CESARO at wm,what do you know,this is very good indeed,had me pleasently surprised,thumbs up.DREW MCINTYRE faces long time friend SHEAMUS in a really impressive no holds barred encounter,great action here,far better than i thought we would get this close to the big one.RANDY ORTON is to take on ...drum roll please...ALEXA BLISS. Yeah,i know,hardly going to be a real match.Sure enough it is all about the story of THE FIEND coming back for revenge. This encounter starts with a fireball and ALEXA laughing and ORTON shouting,there's a lighting rigging crash just missing Orton and after a bit more silly stuff,it gets sillier with THE FIEND indeed returning. I won't go into too much so as not to spoil it for those who have not seen it,but the end is something that had me amused,as being the most unusual pin i remember seeing. I was not surprised that the wife of Orton was not impressed.So i will say the encounter entertained me,but was it a good encounter? No,it was awful and stupid,but weirdly amusing too.The main event sees DANIEL BRYAN face off against ROMAN REIGNS in a much fairer encounter for the title this time. Edge is outside ref' and the story is who will face Edge at the big show that is wrestlemania.A great match,brilliantly done,impressive action,impressive main event upping the interest factor of a great story,cool ending to keep you wondering where things go now.So we have a great story based event that had better matches than i expected,but it absolutely has faults,being a so so first match,a weird ending for the next match and the Alexa Orton silliness,but i did enjoy the show,so thumbs up.
