Does this come with the carry bag, and brush that comes with the C1 version?

Yes I got a nice cleaning brush and a nice carry bag

Is the black dial on the bottom made of metal or plastic? Are any of the parts plastic?

The burr is processed by stainless steel CNC, the handle is plastic, and the button for adjusting the grinding thickness is plastic。
