I finished 6 weeks of physical therapy 2 days ago and at the end of each session, they would use an electrical stimulator on my knee. I had total knee replacement in both knees at the same time in 2013 and for the most part have never had any issues until this recent problem.I enjoyed the stimulation so much that I decided to buy a machine to use at home, so I ordered this little jewel right away and it arrived in 2 days!!!!As soon as I got it charged, which only took about 20 minutes for a full charge, (I read all the instructions while it was charging), I picked the size of electrode I needed for my knee, placed them where my therapist had used them and turned it on. WOW!!! The stimulation was great! Felt as good as the professional model at PT. I'm giving it 5 stars for its effectiveness, especially being the small little unit that it is.As for previous reviews that thought their device was not user friendly or defective, and could not figure out how to change the modes, I was also overwhelmed at first too. But today, I figured it out and it does have many different modes that all work really well. Here's how to change the modes:There are 6 circles with little emblems in each circle. This is what i didn't see or understand at first: While the device is in use, press the "M", and look closely and you can see tiny little numbers, 1,2,3,4 as you press the M within the circle at the top left. There are 4 quadrants in each of the 6 circles that are numbered 1 thru 4. You can see the little numbers pop up in each 1/4 quadrant along with a little picture of what that quadrant does. When you find a setting that you want to try, simply tap the "+" until you get the desired electrical result. If you want to try all of the modes in each of the 6 circles, tap the center button and go to the next circle and so on. Keep in mind that when you tap the center button it also changes to either channel A or B. Pick the channel want to use.After I finally saw all the little numbers and played around with it, it became very simple to use and can get very intense with many of the modes. It is neither a defective stimulator nor is it that complicated. It works beautifully!!! Just mess with it and all of a sudden the light will go off at how simple it is!!!Mine will be getting a lot of usage, as I have several hurting joints and will be using it on all of them.I appreciate the promptness in receiving the unit and it is very nice looking. I'm happy with it!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

When my daughter was visiting I gave her my TENS Unit, so I needed to order a new one. This was actually an upgrade for me and I must say, there are not enough words to describe how much I love this new one I ordered. It is so easy to use and small enough to take with me everywhere I go and I love being able to use it whenever I feel like it. This one is so much smaller and a lot less bulky than my old one and it fits in the palm of my hand. It’s also simple to use due to the built-in preprogrammed settings. It also has where the pads snap onto the connecting wires which to me help make them stay more securely connected. This is a fantastic product for a fantastic price. It is great for helping me during my PT with my shoulder injury. Highly recommended.

This unit works on sore muscles. For the price it is good. I've only used it for a week and it seems very cheaply made so I will see how it holds up. Easy to use, but it is difficult to read the screen because it is small and dark. Also, the machine goes back to the original setting after you turn it off rather than staying at the current setting you were at. Not a huge deal but if you like a particular setting you have to scroll through every time. I also have the Avon Model AS8016 and recommend this one since it seems better quality, easily readable screen, and I think the stimulation is better on my muscles. Both are made in China of course, unfortunately.

I have 2 slipped discs in my lower back and 3 in my neck. I am consistently living with severe back & neck pain. I’ve been researching products and decided to purchase this one because of the 5 star reviews. I’ve had this unit for about an hour, used it for 30 minutes and I can already tell a huge difference. It’s easy to set up, easy to navigate and the intensity is perfect. I will write another review once I’ve used it for a while, but I really hope this is going help tremendously with my daily back & neck pain.

Can use only one port cable at a time, then only 1 side works. Hook up both cables beyond 2nd setting nothing happens, its too weak to even use the pads and cables with it. I want my money back you can have this garbage.

Stimulates exactly like a doctor’s office or physical therapy

The product has a great battery life and is great for injuries, but I don’t believe it’s strong enough to stimulate any muscle growth.

This machine is light and compact, perfect for everyday use. Good value for the price. However, It took my husband (a literal engineer) quite some time to help me figure out how to use the machine. So if you plan to purchase it as a gift for someone elderly, keep that in mind. The package came on time and was well-protected. However, the user manual could be more user-friendly, and the machine is hard to navigate with the settings.

I don't normally review things but this product is amazing! One tiny machine can do so much. I bought it for muscle conditioning alongside physio after an injury and it was a great adjunct to that, and now use it for sore muscles and period cramps. The pain goes from not being able to walk to barely there after 20 mins massage!!

I only got this yesterday and after opening the box I was a bit sceptical of its claims and capability. It looked like a tiny Nokia phone from the 90s which was feather light. But boy does this little thing pack a punch and is definitely punching above its weight capability with ease. Even on its lowest setting it delivers a very powerful shock pulse that can be quite scary at first but then you get used to it. Instructions are fairly ok, if you are a tech savvy person you'll figure it out easily. Definitely worth the price.
