Can not update
Software update comes from China. Network error there are two websites but no access to either due to technical reasons.Unable to update software after hours of attempts in communicating with customer service by email.

its useful but may not be perfect
this tool seem to be better than the other ones i had purchased. but its still not the easiest to work with or to use to reset because you're not sure what is re-setting, or what info you're getting or what info is really useful. i bought it for the SAS re-set but i don't think its really re-calibrating that. mostly gives me errors when it tries to recalibrate. it does, however, erase codes which is helpful.
