No. No effect on blood glucose
I was trying a 200 MG Berberine cap from another known brand. It had much better effect on my FBG and PP but this one does nothing even after being 500 MG per cap. Not recommended.

It's performing as it is meant to be. So happy buying it. Such supplements are expensive though. It would be good for ppl with diabetic issues. If price is kept within the reach of the normal ppl it would do great service and more ppl would buy it.Review after finishing 1 bottle: Somehow it's not that effective as I thought it to be. Not able to control blood sugar that much. May not buy next time.
