None of these sugarfree gums are healthy. Firstly, they contain plastic. Secondly, the sugarfree chemical they use in their products might be worse than the actual natural sugar. "Sugar-free" is a gimmick.

Tried the variety pack and this flavor was my favorite. I can't tell it's sugar free. I keep them on hand all the time. i suffer from dry mouth, which can cause teeth decay and mouth sores. Chewing gum helps to counter that. Since it's sugar free, my dentist approves. Easy to use packaging.
