Very good and easy to use

Easy to use very well made product.Packaging not good. See pics I have no idea how many clips actually fell out during shipment.

I lived in the USA for a year and bought many small products from amazon, some really big items like huge grills and heavy items like big cast iron pans. The weight of some of my boxes for shipping back home were very heavy. This pack saved the day! I was doubtful that I could do it and I thought it was expensive, but I am glad I made the investment. I found it easy to use, although it does need a bit of muscle to push the clippers together to clamp the metal sealers tight together, however, I am 52 and had been through a recent operation, so not bad I thought.When using it you develop a technique. Instead of using my hands wrapped around the clipper handles to push them both together, I pushed one handle of the clippers down to the edge of my box and then pushed down the other handle with both hands using the box as a base to push against. It wasn't a piece of cake, but it wasn't impossible. I did 116 boxes and some were very big. None of the boxes came undone, none of the metal clips failed, no plastic strings broke. very strong, good quality.I gave 4 stars as the box design could use some improvements/strengthening. I read the other review and although my box was ok on the outside the tray section on top of the nylon roll was damaged and the metal clips had dropped down into the roll, the first thing I had to do was open the whole thing and then put it all back, which was a pain and I had to store the metal clips separately after.

We only just got this & havent used it in the warehouse under 'real world' conditions but here are our first impressions & test run:Pros:-Came packaged very neat & solid even though many reviewers said their package came broken & messy-Tensioner is heavy & built well-Sealer/Crimper also built heavy & solid-Poly strapping is a 500lb test load and seems pretty strong, possibly a bit 'thinner' than i thought but still good.-Test run -- the sealer, tensioner & seals all worked smooth, we had to watch the video to learn how to use it but its goodIf you go to the manufacturers website they have a more commercial / industrial version to this tensioner that costs a lot more but i imagine that extra cost might only be warranted if this tool was going to be used a lot every day & probably by people that threw it around.Buy this you wont be disappointed.

Parts missing and mixed up, clip bag broke loose. Strapping was tangled up, nightmare..

This arrived after 3 weeks busted up and leaking the metal seals from the box. This was shipped back from UPS in Phoenix and all they did was slap a new lable on it and send it back

Great product, but the package was quite damaged when received.
