It's d only carrier which has good height, it's not a bad bag ,serves d purpose,it is spacious,not that sturdy while carrying but can be managed as most of the time bag will be at rest

The ceiling of the bag is not rigid enough and hence collapses on to the pet. Bag is comfortable when lifted, but not when placed on floor. Quality is good though.

This product does not hold its shape and can fall down on your pets and collapse easily, every time you pick it up from its belt it will collapse on your pet and will be uncomfortable, they are mentioning to give a fur bed along with the bed but they do not give the fur bed, I’ve ordered twice, exchanged but still they did not give the fur bed, always missing items, very bad product don’t buy

Value of money

The wire structure holding the bag upright is not as sturdy as advertised.While the inner padding with an additional towel on top, was comfortable enough for kitten to initially venture in on his own, that quickly stopped when it started collapsing in on itself after just 3 days.The upcoming vet visit for which I had initially purchased this, was filled with screams for mercy and pawing throughout the 10 minute car ride - mostly due to the bags ceiling repeatedly falling down on him.Should also note, while it stayed perfectly upright when holding by the handles, the sides most definitely still curved into my now angry furball, who dashed out as soon as we got home and only allowed me back into his good graces once I started doling out bribes in the form of treats.All in all, a complete waste of money.Unless you’re planning to use it within the stipulated 3 day (brand new) period and never again; you’re better off spending that extra couple grand from the get go for another, more structurally sound, soft carrier which you will inevitably go about doing after purchasing this one.
