Have used the product for close to a year. The product served its purpose and performed satisfactorily. Nevertheless, it occasionally loses its connection and simply blinks.Now it won't turn on, so I called customer care. They told, someone will contact me within 6-7 business days to come and pick up the light bulb. It's been three weeks, and the request hasn't been fulfilled yet. My current predicament is deciding whether to go wait for the service person or go out and get something else.

When it was delivered it was not connected to my wifi and after 2 weeks it get connected to my wifi but after 4 weeks colour is not working noly red white and warm light is working... I don't know how to claim

I encountered frequent pairing issues, making it extremely difficult to connect the bulb to my Wi-Fi network. The app's interface was unintuitive and cumbersome, making the setup process needlessly complicated and time-consuming.Furthermore, the bulb suffered from a persistent flickering issue, disrupting the quality of light it emitted. The automation app wont work.i created automation that the bulb should switch off at 6:30 am.but it wont work automation is not working.cannot connect with alexa.After3-4 months usage only 1 primary color works which is red.not other color combo is working.Only for leisure and reading bright yellow color works.I tried to reset device but it seems tge bulb malfunctioned.

I can't figured my bluetooth wifi bulb, after i change my wifi password but i tried many attempt to unistall and process and read the manual also but i can't handle it, Please it's a humble request.

The bulb brightness is really good. The different shades are good too. I had to struggle with installation. It seems you have to keep the bulb very close to wifi router to make this work. I had really strong Cisco router with wifi connectivity beyond 30 m. The bulb doesn't connect beyond 5 m. Also the bulb gets connected with 2.5 ghz and not with 4 ghz or 5 ghz wifi routers. So this bulb may not work with jiofiber.

Its difficult to believe a bulb can be controlled through mobile app, but thats what this bulb allows you to do.Its amazing how i can have multiple colours ,control dimness and brightness all on one smart bulb.
