This pan as always is circulon , quality dependable, their products are long lasting. As always you must wrap all springform pans, learn how if you don’t know, also invert the bottom, I used the circulon springform pan next day, water bath, I had a beautiful cheesecake. No parchment,used ghee, I use ghee for all my baking pans, especially the vanilla added ghee that all you need, never flour.there is no springform pan that will hold water, it’s a 2 part pan,so many reviews say springform pan was not leak proof, when you put your crust in any springform pan, your crust makes it leak proof if you do a water bathe method you have to double foil always on the outside of a springform pan This pan is Great, I don’t have to use a parchment liner, I use Ghee in all my baking pans, use quality bakeware you get what you pay for in bakeware. This circulon springform pan is a keeper all you need, circulon is top of the line at a very affordable price, I have a lot of circulon.

This pan is great and provides, thick, sturdy, even baking. I’ve only used it for cheesecakes so far but I’d say if it passes that test then baking regular cakes should be no problem!

Made a New York Style cheese cake with this pan. Used aluminium foil to seal outside since I placed in a water bath.Made a perfect cake. Very sturdy and cake did not stick to pan. Recommended! A+

Very sturdy bakeware! Not like the last one I ordered, where the coating just flaked off. Made cake and cornbread and it turned out perfect. Price was just right, payed twice as much for my last ones. Can't say anything bad about this product and highly recommend it.
