Great job
I like it because it was very quick. It took no time to setup. I recommend this company to anybody wanting a nice comfortable waterbed for a nice price.

Waterbed mattress
Love my bed. Had my last one about 15 years. Just replaced it with the same one. Found same mattress at incredible price with fast shipping. It came super fast, easy to order and they contacted me right away to clarify order and make sure everything was perfect. Great customer service and great product.

So glad we got this bed
We ordered this bed December 31st with the intention of shipping it in a container to Hawaii where we were going to build a house. It arrived quickly and in three boxes, shipped UPS. When I saw the boxes I thought "there is no way that this is really a soft side waterbed that looks like the picture". The bed stayed in the boxes until August 2nd. I was totally amazed when I took everything out...everything was just fine, the side and head/foot rails were a bit crooked, but since they had been boxed for over 7 months that wasn't a shocker. I guess what shocked me was that within just a few hours everything had straightened out. The bed was very easy to put together...I did it totally by myself. The mattress had two fill holes, one was actually to let the air out as it filled which was great. I didn't have to slide a broom across it to get the air pockets out like I have with other water beds! I did not use the heater, the warning on the heater said not to use it with a soft side, so I do wonder why that was the one that was included?, but really in Hawaii, we shouldn't need a heater, especially with the thickness of the mattress cover and a pillowtop mattress pad. The first night we slept on it was wonderful, we had spent 6 months on a 2 inch camper mattress and then moved to an 18 inch air mattress. My husband likes less water than me, so I did wonder if I would find it comfortable, but it is really comfy. We have a softside waterbed at our home in FL and paid almost twice what this one cost and I like this one better. Customer service was really good. They always called me back when they said they would and was very patient with the questions I had and gave me great information. I really had doubts about buying a bed through the mail, putting it in a container to ship 6000 miles and then store in another container for 6 months, but this bed came through with flying colors. The price was mainly the reason we decided to do it as well as the customer service we got before we bought it.

... 8 months now and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it
I have had this mattress for about 8 months now and I have to say I'm pretty pleased with it. At first when I started to put the mattress up, I started to panic because things didn't seem to fit right, but after 15 minutes of thinking about it and following the instructions, I was able to get the mattress cover over the side and ready to put water in. This purchase was replacing a 15 y/o softside water mattress, so I already had the box springs and the frame. I did not use a heater (and I had not used one before), because the plush cover insulates you from the water very well, but if you like your bed very warm, then by all means, you should use a heater.Pros:- Excellent price- Speedy delivery- Excellent instructions (if you follow them!)Cons:The ONLY con (and the missing rating star) I have with this mattress is that the extra support in the middle may be a bit much. I understand the need for this (so that the couple using the mattress don't end up in the middle on top of each other), but when you DO want to be on top of each other it feels like a little bit of a hindrance. Adjusting the water level can diminish or amplify this effect, so I may have to play with it a little.Overall I am very happy with this purchase, specially because I couldn't find this mattress anywhere for near the price I paid here. Highly recommended!

Worth it to buy with freight issues right now
Ordered free flow bladder (personally like the wave motion). I have the heater installed but don’t have it on (as I have a memory foam topper on top of it). The heater is low energy, thus, does not give you the flexibility to change temperature with a result in a far amount of time. If you change it more than 2° up once it’s heated, it will take about 8 hours to reach that. No heating this puppy up on the first night or two nights or three nights to 80° unless you’re using a lot of warm water to fill. (most people run out their tank and use a lot of cold). I used water out of the spigot outside since my inside faucets were too fancy to adapt to. It’s winter. That was a very cold sleep that night. Once the water got above room temp I shut the heater off (it was making it too hot to sleep for me). After 5 days it’s recommended to burp the bladder (open the inlet and get the air out off the top). I realized there was water (you think it is when you feel it), between the zip on topper and bladder in the middle. I’ve never ever had a leak in my years so I was astounded, and leaks from the center wouldn’t make sense. I realized it was condensation from using such cold water to fill it and the heat being on in the house.I had another waterbed ordered prior to this one but the company couldn’t get it from China right now and after months of waiting they refunded it. It was $1,627 for everything needed. This one is $200 less for just the mattress. If you can find a heavy duty 9 leg frame for $100 like I did (“used” on amazon, though it was unused open box only), and find a couple of foundations for $100 like I did (off marketplace), then you’re right in line with what it should cost to get this one. Every other waterbed online seems to be so much more. If they don’t get you on the purchase price, they get you on the freight shipping.I would buy again. They even include a pump to drain it with. I’ve moved a lot back when I had my last waterbed and I’ve never needed a pump, though it does make it go quicker. But that’s part of the slightly higher price. Took probably an hour and a half start to finish on assembly and fill (though that would be slower perhaps for some interior faucets used).Do yourself a favor if you’re temperature sensitive when you sleep, and like the heater on…Have an alternative bed to sleep in for at least 3 days while this one is heating up. And no, you are not supposed to use a conventional style heating pad on soft side waterbeds, so slow is the only way you’re to go.
