Unbreakable Golf Tees - 2.7/8"

The idea behind these is brilliant, however, they are brilliant for me.. Not my boyfriend (which is who I actually bought them for). My swing is pretty weak and girly and his swing, I mean he looks like somebody owes him lunch money with the force that goes into it. He still hasn't broken any, but so far we have 4 bent and the 5th will probably be right behind. So if you're not a powerhouse swinger these are great, if you are, be warned, there's good chance you will bend them.

...they dent instead of break.They're great tees, don't get me wrong, and I've yet to break one in 2 years. Sometimes they get lost when they "bounce" backward ("regular" wooden tees do the same thing, or they just break) and I can't find them, sure. That's not a product defect, that's an eye defect (or what I call an "I-defect"). Although the tees themselves don't break, they do dent at the point of impact (the widest part of the tee, where the ball sits). I'm not good enough to tell you whether the tiny height/tilt difference has a large effect on my shot, but I can imagine why it WOULD to someone else (after all, each tiny dimple has an effect, right?). So that's the only reason I don't give this product 5 stars.

I had seen other reviews where the complaint was that the tee would fly off and be hard to find. I thought this was just a problem with the reviewers eyes and not the tee. I was wrong. These tees have a large head on them that appears to capture a good amount of the hit from the club and can be launched far from where you teed the ball. I lose them all the time, and even when I don't lose them, it takes longer to find them. They are durable and made of tough stuff, but they need a new design where the club does not impart so much velocity to the tee. Although I can't really prove it, there is probably some energy lost in launching the tee that could have been better put into the ball.

These tees are amazing. I watched as my college roommate would use these everyday when we'd golf and noticed that he never broke a tee. Asked him what they were and he showed me. It's been 2 years since I played with him and he's still using tees from that same pack. I'm a frequent tee breaker as I bought my tees from wally world. I couldn't find these tees online as they were sold out on Amazon so I went with the unbreakable Callaway tees. Those things didn't even last a round. Got these tees in the mail and have used them in 2 rounds without breaking one. Sometimes it's hard to find them if you pound the ball, but they're orange so they're easier to find than white or black ones. I've only lost one and that's because I had too much beer and left it in the golf cart when I left the course. I wasn't going to call the course and report a missing tee.

Love this product. One problem I didn't expect is that since these tees dont break you have to find them after every shot. Sometimes i spend 5 or 10 mins looking for them after a shot. Sometimes I am not able to find them. Since I bought these so I wouldn't need to keep buying tees I get upset when they are lost. Tees do last forever.

A bag of tees that I haven't been able to break, and I like to do Harvey Penick's "clip the tee" drill, which is why I purchased these. I'm sure if you put them in a vise and tried hard enough you could break one, but I haven't been able to do that with normal use. They come in a nice drawstring bag which fits just fine in a pocket of your golf bag. I can't imagine how you could need more than one bag of these in a season unless you lose a lot of tees. They really are, as the product name suggests, practically unbreakable.

My fiance is an avid golfer. I bought these for him a month ago as a gift. He has gone golfing at least eight times since then and is still on his first tee. He loves these. I will be interested to see how long the first tee lasts.

I bought these for my fiance and so far he's really enjoyed the product. They are very well made and he hasn't broken one yet. He even let me try one out and typically when we go to the driving range I break a few (as I not a golfer at all!) and I was able to enjoy the driving range with one tee! These tee's are made out of a composite product so they are not real wood but they do feel and look like real wood tees. They are exactly as describe, I will be buying more for Christmas stocking stuffers!
