NOW FoodsActivated Nasal Mist 2 Ounce (Pack of 2)

Ordered the xylitol formula and got the sea salt formula. And I ordered a two pack and only received one. Not once, but TWICE. Two orders placed on the same day were BOTH messed up in this way!!! So I got off the chat with amazon customer service to make sure I wasn't charged the difference in price, and open one of the bottles, and it literally EXPLODES in my face. If I didn't have my glasses on at the time I would have gotten salt solution right in my eye!!!Seriously, what is going on with the company NOW lately? They used to be awesome with wonderful products and I was a faithful customer for many MANY years... now this with the nasal spray... and I ordered the Allibiotic over the summer so I'd have it in time for September and school starting and all those germs going around in school... I have two kids who are immune compromised so wanted to be ready with immune boosters because I know the kids get sick immediately as soon as school starts (here it's the end of August)... and we waited about 7 MONTHS for this order to be filled!!! Seriously RIDICULOUS. I mean, the Allibiotic stuff really works and I want to continue using it, but if this company keeps conducting themselves in this way I'm going to have to look for alternatives to that and the nasal spray! I'd really hate to have to do that, I love the products from NOW... or I always did, anyway.PLEASE, NOW, straighten yourselves out and work like the magical company you used to be!!!

The product is great. I recorded it twice The company continues to send the wrong product. Now nasal mist erythropoietin and xylitol they keep sending Now mist erythritol and sea salt?

Changed the bottle applicator and now doesn’t mist into upper sinus, but just pushes a steady stream of liquid down back of nose and throat. Defeats the purpose. The round bottle is the bad one - go back to your flat bottles with the mixing applicator Now!

I love this stuff. It really works. Saline solution doesn't nearly do the job. My only issue was one bottle came instead of 2 and of course going through the process of reporting it is arduous.

The best saline I have ever used, and I have tried many.

I usually use this in the winter and when I am traveling. I really feel it helps my immune system at the port of entry. The only issue I have is that it is not a fine spray or mist, which would mak it perfect.

I like this product...for me it works much better than just plain Saline nasal sprays. The performance difference is worth the extra cost for me.

My son can tolerate this brand.
