I had a watch that needed a few links out, went to the local jewellers and they said they couldn't do it (part of me thinks it was because it wasn't bought from them but maybe I'm just being cynical). Told me to go to where it was purchased from as they'd know but as it was a gift and a local premises is a good 2 hour drive I decided to try it myself with this kit . Within 20 mins after watching a few YouTube videos I had the links out and watched fitted lovely. Saved however much the jeweller would charge. After seeing how straight forward it was I found it a bit hard to believe that my local place said it was difficult to do and that they couldn't do it . Either way for the price you can't go wrong for this piece of kit, definitely recommend. Comes with a lot of spare pins of various sizes and a soft hammer to push the pins back into place.

Bought this twice (after the first time my mate decided to steal mine). For the price you pay it's good at what it does though some aspects of the material are questionable. Main purpose of this for me was to remove/change links. Other parts of it are a bonus. My main 3 things I use are the pin pusher which is a little bit badly designed as it wobbles when lining up the links to the pin, however bit of fidgeting seems to do the trick. The block to allow me to hammer in the pins between the links is pretty durable as have changed a lot of links using it and does the job well. The hammer is also good but will scratch up on the blue plastic side and will look used very quickly. However all in all very well designed and a great bit of kit instead of spending crazy money on getting links added/removed. DO IT AT HOME ITS EASY!

Bought this item a while ago. It cost a pretty penny, but it had all the items I needed to adjust my watch length and other links as well. I recommend.

Not really up to the job. Bent one of the tools trying to hammer out the pin on the watch strap. Not easy to use . I don’t recommend this kit .

VERY fiddly to use and the instructions are printed in tiny print. My eyesight isn't so good so I was struggling to read, use the little adjusting strap holder and adjust it properly, AND try to see if the cotter pin of the bracelet lined up. Once these difficulties were overcome, the process of shortening my watch bracelet was easy. HINT: have a pair of thin-nosed pliers handy to pull the cotter pin from the bracelet once pushed out its hole. I found I didn't have to use most of the tools in the box but I guess they're there for those who do. Being a woman myself, I can encourage other women to use these gadgets. Shortening a watch bracelet is not a difficult operation. The tool kit arrived very quickly and was well packed.

Very pleased with my watch repair set. Was able to adjust a tricky bracelet multiple times. First time I have done this myself, I now feel confident doing it.
