Water / Air Filter Refill Coconut Shell Granular Activated Carbon Charcoal (250 gm)

Used it for water filter - the water tasted like rusted metal, color also turned brown. Feel like there were metal and stone particles in it more than burnt coconut shells (as per description). Tried filtering water 3 times but the third time also water turned brown. Spoilt my entire Kent water filter.
