And In whole supplement market caffeine is the only supplement that helps you in weight loss and others like CLA or etcs aren't work. So invest your money in valuable product. I'm recommended to consume it before 7-8 hrs before the bed time or it effects on your sleep quality. It has no taste because it is in capsule format. Do not take it at time of bed time cause it really affect on your sleep quality.

Too jittery and too strong I'm not even sure if it's safe or not

This is my second bottle of caffeine from Nutrija and it is just perfect for pre-workout. Pretty strong and effective. It gives me absolute focus and energy during workout. Also never had any bloating or uncomfortable feeling after having it. Obviously taking 200mg of caffeine is not going to let you sleep for atleast next six hours of you taking it. Much better than any other product at this price point. JUST GO FOR IT.

I am using nutrija producta from almost 6 months and the quality of the product is absolutely the best in the price range. I think for any normal person 100mg will be enough. It will give you diarrhea. Overall just go for cold brew coffee then dilute the conc. . Its more than enough.

Gives better energy than single espresso shot. Bought it for travel purpose as a coffee addict. Works well.

It worked as intended, definitely had the energy but, later on i took 400mg but felt nothing, im not as enthusiastic and a little boost to help me get through my days quicker doesn’t hurt. Product works as intended and id say for the money I wished I bought some more for next month.
