Bought this for my grandson and he loves it! Seems like every item is made very well. He only used it once so far.Update: the strap to hang the bag on a hook in a cubby ripped within two days.

My son really wanted this bookbag soni got it. Everything came with it except the icepack.. on the first try making sure the zipper worked it snagged the fabric by the zipper and ripped it.. my only complaint so far.
