So i've been taking apart my control again and again. So installing wasn't a problem for me. Once installed the highrise buttons were awesome. I hated the feeling of sliding on the normal ones when I played street fighter. But the disk was the reason I bought it and it doesn't stay on when playing street fighter. Doing all the rolling and stuff, it comes right off. Especially when your trying to hold a diagonal direction. There's my disappointment with it.

I've gone through 2 of these. I love this design for fighting games because it makes input feel so much more responsive. Easy enough to install and super easy to swap dpads out. Wish the green magnetic dpad came in different colors though.

You'll need to open up the DS4 and install the green dpad. Within minutes of playing, one of the magnets came out. It'll go back in no problem, but will permanently be an issue unless you glue it, I imagine. The circular dpad attachment flip off of the magnetic base if you press the edges too hard- frustrating. I'll be reinstalling the original dpad. It was a good idea, but needs work.

A decent way to customize a duleshock 4, the green of the dpads contacts are noticeable but if you build your color scheme around it it can look really nice. Not a bad option for Playstation gamers
